“We love the historic aspects of the house and how Mint Décor timelessly updated it to create a warm and welcoming “downtown” retreat in ski country. The bold use of colour is something we love and is unexpected. The one room that we actually enjoy the most is the living room; when the house was built in 1898 this would have been the “parlour”. When we bought the house we struggled with how to use the space effectively, but it’s turned into our favourite spot for cocktails – to the point we refer to it as the lobby bar! The third floor attic transformation and the dramatic formal dining room are also our new favourite spaces. The projection screen and hang-out zone is perfect for teens. The dining room is definitely a wow.”

She took our individual styles and priorities and merged them into the space. She was able to take our vision and turn it into an actual vision with design boards which was helpful.
